Gizlilik ve Çerez Politikası

Kısaca: Bu site hesap açmanı istemez, seni izlemez ve şu anda hiçbir analitik ya da reklam çerezi kullanmaz. Yalnızca dil ve çerez tercihini tarayıcında saklarız. Bize yazdığında paylaştığın bilgileri sadece talebine dönmek için kullanırız.

1. Biz kimiz

Bu politika, Offsync.labs (“Offsync”, “biz”) tarafından işletilen offsynclabs.com web sitesi için geçerlidir. Offsync, İstanbul merkezli bir tasarım ve kreatif stüdyodur. Kişisel verilerle ilgili her konuda bize [email protected] adresinden ulaşabilirsin.

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamındaki ayrıntılı bilgilendirme için KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’ne bakabilirsin.

2. Hangi verileri, neden işliyoruz

İletişim formu ve e-posta

Sitedeki iletişim formu bilgileri bizim sunucularımıza göndermez. “Gönder”e bastığında kendi e-posta uygulaman, yazdıklarınla dolu bir taslakla açılır; e-postayı göndermek ya da göndermemek senin elindedir. Gönderdiğinde şu veriler bize ulaşır:

Adın ve e-posta adresin,
İlgilendiğin hizmet ve mesajında paylaştığın bilgiler (proje kapsamı, takvim, bütçe aralığı vb.).

Bu verileri yalnızca talebini değerlendirmek, sana dönüş yapmak, teklif hazırlamak ve anlaşmamız hâlinde projeyi yürütmek için kullanırız. Pazarlama listelerine eklemez, satmaz ve kiralamayız.

Teknik veriler

Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinde, sitenin barındırıldığı altyapı güvenlik ve hata ayıklama amacıyla IP adresi, tarayıcı türü ve istek zamanı gibi standart sunucu kayıtlarını kısa süreli olarak tutabilir. Bu kayıtları seni tanımlamak ya da profil çıkarmak için kullanmayız.

3. Çerezler ve tarayıcı depolaması

Site şu anda çerez (cookie) yerleştirmez. Bunun yerine, tercihlerini hatırlamak için tarayıcının yerel depolamasını (localStorage) kullanır. Bu bilgiler yalnızca senin cihazında durur, bize gönderilmez.

Analitik çerezler

Şu anda hiçbir analitik, reklam ya da sosyal medya takip aracı kullanmıyoruz. İleride ziyaret istatistikleri için bir analitik araç eklersek, bu araç yalnızca çerez bildiriminde “Kabul et”i seçtiysen çalışacak ve bu sayfadaki tablo güncellenecektir. “Reddet”i seçtiysen hiçbir analitik çerezi yüklenmez.

Tercihini değiştirmek

Tarayıcının ayarlarından bu siteye ait site verilerini silersen tercihlerin sıfırlanır ve çerez bildirimi yeniden görünür. Tarayıcı depolamasını tamamen engellemen hâlinde site çalışmaya devam eder; yalnızca dil tercihin hatırlanmaz.

4. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Sayfa yüklenirken tarayıcın aşağıdaki hizmetlere doğrudan bağlanabilir; bu sırada IP adresin teknik olarak ilgili sağlayıcıya iletilir:

Google Fonts (Google LLC) — sitede kullanılan Oxanium yazı tipinin sunulması.
unpkg (içerik dağıtım ağı) — arayüzün çalışması için gereken açık kaynak React kitaplığının sunulması.
Google Workspace (Google LLC) — bize gönderdiğin e-postaların alındığı ve saklandığı e-posta altyapısı. Bu sağlayıcının sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir.

Sitedeki Instagram ve LinkedIn kartları yalnızca bağlantıdır; tıklamadığın sürece bu platformlara veri gitmez. Tıkladığında ilgili platformun kendi gizlilik politikası geçerli olur.

5. Saklama süresi ve güvenlik

Bize ulaşan yazışmaları, talebin sonuçlanana kadar ve sonrasında olası takip soruları için en fazla 2 yıl saklarız. Aramızda sözleşme kurulursa, ticari ve mali mevzuatın gerektirdiği kayıtlar ilgili yasal süreler (genellikle 10 yıl) boyunca tutulur. Süre dolduğunda veriler silinir ya da anonim hâle getirilir.

Verilerine yalnızca ilgili ekip üyeleri erişir; hesaplarımız güçlü parola ve iki adımlı doğrulama ile korunur.

6. Hakların

Verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakkına sahipsin. Türkiye’de bu haklar KVKK’nın 11. maddesinde düzenlenir; ayrıntılar ve başvuru yöntemi için KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’ne bakabilirsin. Talebini [email protected] adresine iletmen yeterli; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı, sitede ya da kullandığımız araçlarda bir değişiklik olduğunda güncelleriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada, üstteki “son güncelleme” tarihiyle birlikte yayımlanır.

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the website offsynclabs.com, operated by Offsync.labs (“Offsync”, “we”), a design and creative studio based in Istanbul, Türkiye. For anything related to personal data, contact us at [email protected].

2. What we process, and why

Contact form and email

The contact form on the site does not send anything to our servers. When you press “Send”, your own email app opens with a pre-filled draft; whether to send it is up to you. If you do, we receive:

your name and email address,
the service you are interested in and whatever you share in your message (scope, timeline, budget range, etc.).

We use this only to assess your request, reply to you, prepare a proposal and — if we end up working together — run the project. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or rent your data.

Technical data

When you visit the site, the hosting infrastructure may briefly keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request time) for security and debugging. We do not use these logs to identify or profile you.

3. Cookies and browser storage

The site currently sets no cookies. Instead it uses your browser’s local storage (localStorage) to remember your preferences. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Analytics cookies

We currently use no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools. If we add an analytics tool in the future, it will run only if you chose “Accept” in the cookie notice, and the table on this page will be updated. If you chose “Decline”, no analytics cookies are loaded.

Changing your choice

Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings resets your preferences and brings the cookie notice back. If you block browser storage entirely the site still works; it just won’t remember your language.

4. Third-party services

While the page loads, your browser may connect directly to the services below; your IP address is technically transmitted to the provider in the process:

Google Fonts (Google LLC) — serves the Oxanium typeface used on the site.
unpkg (content delivery network) — serves the open-source React library the interface needs.
Google Workspace (Google LLC) — the email infrastructure where messages you send us are received and stored. Its servers may be located outside Türkiye.

The Instagram and LinkedIn cards on the site are plain links; nothing is sent to those platforms unless you click. Once you do, their own privacy policies apply.

5. Retention and security

We keep correspondence until your request is resolved and for up to 2 years afterwards for follow-up questions. If we enter into a contract, records required by commercial and tax law are kept for the statutory periods (generally 10 years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Only the relevant team members can access your data; our accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step verification.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. In Türkiye these rights are set out in Article 11 of the KVKK; see the KVKK Information Notice for details and how to apply. Simply email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

7. Changes

We update this policy whenever the site or the tools we use change. The current version is always published on this page, with the “last updated” date above.
